Gimp is a powerful software package used to create, and modify graphics and photographs . It is frequently compared to Adobe’s Photoshop and is used in much the same way.

Our hands-on instruction and the video tutorials will cover dozens of tools and techniques to create and manipulate graphics and photos.

Class will be 3 hours long, and will walk you through creating and editing graphics and photographs with an emphasis on social media and blog content.


In addition to the hands-on class there will be over 30 video tutorials included for each student.


Multiple instructors will be leading the class and will include highly experienced artists and web pros that use Gimp nearly every day.

What you will learn:

Below are a few graphic files we’ll make in the hands on course.  You’ll get the hang of these basic tools in no time at all.  The video tutorials will walk you through the steps for all the extra review you may want.

After just 1 class you will be making beautiful

 buttons, banners, headers, ads, avatars, headers,
lower thirds, and backgrounds for every conceivable purpose.
